Attorney Steven A. Eichstaedt joined the Bankruptcy Law Office of Richard A. Check in 2007. Attorney Eichstaedt has successfully completed well over 1,000 bankruptcies throughout his years as a Bankruptcy Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Steve gained experience in Bankruptcy Law through previous positions as a Creditor's Attorney and as a Debtor's Attorney. Through these years involved in Bankruptcy Law, Attorney Eichstaedt has gained an understanding of the client and has responsiveness to their concerns as they deal with the emotional and stressful issues that surround financial hardship.

Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in History and English. He attended Marquette University Law School where he received his Law Degree in 2003. Attorney Eichstaedt is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and has been admitted to the Eastern and Western Courts of Wisconsin.

In addition to his previous bankruptcy law experience, Attorney Eichstaedt practiced as an Estate Planning Attorney preparing will and trusts. Also, as a licensed securities broker, Steve provided financial solutions to clients through the purchase and implementation of insurance, stocks, and annuities.
