He is licensed to practice law in the states of Wisconsin and Indiana. Richard Check is admitted to practice law in the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. Mr. Check is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and is the only Attorney from Wisconsin who is admitted to the American Consumer Bankruptcy College. He is a regular speaker on Bankruptcy related topics to other attorneys and professionals. He is a regular guest lecturer at Concordia College. Richard graduated from Indiana University from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor's of Science in Business and graduated from Indiana University Law School with a Doctors in Jurisprudence.
